ebaY policies and bureaucracy are nothing but one big clusterbleep. You can hear the stress in his voice as he relates a typical ebaY customer service usage experience.

When ebaY starts alienating people like this, well it can’t be a good thing imo.

I won’t even start into the entire outsourcing thing, nor the snatching of the FVFs, but those situations also speak volumes.
